Common questions

When will I receive my Grotto photos? Petitions are carried to Lourdes during our monthly pilgrimage. You'll receive your photos by email after that visit.

Where are my digital items? Any add-ons (Novena, prayer cards, library) are delivered by email right after purchase. If you can't find them, check your spam folder, then contact us.

How do I manage or cancel a monthly membership? The Perpetual Prayer Circle can be cancelled anytime from your Hotmart purchase page or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future charges.

Billing & refunds
